Welcome to the Water St. Café and 2nd Floor Gastown! Housed in a 1906 heritage building once known as the Edward Hotel and surrounded by cobblestone streets, the Water St. Café has been a leading Vancouver hospitality landmark since 1988. Operated by Director, Eli Brennan, and Culinary Director, Chef Alan Tse, our team of hospitality professionals (General Manager Sandy Grant) proudly serves classic, hand-crafted Italian West Coast Cuisine and an award-winning, BC-forward wine and beverage list.
